The culprit: a heart-shaped sugar cookie. (If you look closely you can see the tiny tooth stuck to the sparkly red frosting.)

The Chess Board:
After church Gracie came running up to me and announced, "Mom, I just lost my second tooth of the day!" We had a big celebration with lots of laughing, clapping, oooh's and aahhh's.
We have been calling her "Jack-o-Lantern Mouth."
Later as she was gazing at her new reflection in the mirror she decided that her mouth looked like a Chess board.
Oh, the joys of being 6!
